Even though Windows Phone 7 is only 6 months old we expect a lot out of Microsoft’s new phone platform. Specifically there are many check-In apps such as Foursquare in the Marketplace but why doesn’t Microsoft have their own version? According to an article on wmpoweruser.com that may be coming to a change. In the article the site shows a tweet from a Microsoft Lead Tester Ken Dacey who stated he was
“doing testing of Windows Phone (Checked in at Microsoft Studio F)”
Check-in services are hit and miss with me personally but that does not make their popularity any less. Hopefully we will see some more info on this very soon.
