Password Padlock is a nice password manager for Windows Phone 7. While the majority of my passwords are stored in, LastPass there are some one offs that I like to keep in Password Padlock. The app is only 1.99 and features the ability to create categories and the ability to backup passwords encrypted or unencrypted by emailing them to you. In the new version, you can leverage fast app switching which is awesome when trying to copy a password into another application. You can also pin your favorite password to the Start screen for quick access.

Roboform is restricted to Windows on the desktop (for now I am ignoring the Online option) but runs on multiple mobile platforms such as Windows Phone, Blackberry, Palm, Symbian, and iPhone.
