I was talking to another BlackBerry Storm user in the airport and he was telling me that the Storm annoyed him for a couple minor reasons. The first issue he stated was how the keyboard would only let you type one number before switching back to the alphabetical keyboard. Having a Storm and having faced this problem before, I quickly explained that he could use the number lock feature. The process could not be easier or more obvious. It is common place for smartphone users to pull the battery out of their phone to perform a hard reset when the phone becomes unresponsive. I have practiced this on Windows Mobile, Blackberry, Symbian, iPhone, and Android over the last 10 years.
