Windows Phone users hold your head up. We are still hanging in the market share race. RIM on the other hand, get OS 6 out as soon as possible. The Nielsen Company put out a report showing Google and Apple have both gain in market share at the expense of Windows Phone and RIM. I find it impressive that Apple could gain in market share over the first quarter despite everyone knowing they are coming out with a new phone. I just wonder if that will have an impact on the sales of the iPhone 4 or does it just mean more users will be switching to Smartphones.
There is another part of the report that iPhone users tend to be richer and better educated that the other Smartphone platforms especially Android. Also it seems that more Android users want to convert to iPhone users that vice versa. Check out the full report at cnn.com.
