A few weeks ago we wrote about Amazon moving to a Brick and Mortar” store to help fend off the iPad. For what ever reason, Target was the luck store to get the Kindle. Now there is a solid date for the availability. According to Amazon’s press release the street date will be June 6th. The price of the Kindle will be 259 dollars.

This move should definitely help the sale of the Kindle because there are still a lot of people that want to hold a device before they buy it.
