I am counting down the hours until Google’s special event on Tuesday morning. Everyone believes this will be the launch of the Google Nexus one.

I don’t see the Nexus One impacting the Droid unless they release it for CDMA networks as well. I was talking to a friend this morning and one thing I miss from GSM networks was the ability to switch phones without involving my carrier. Engadget did a great hands on with the Nexus One.
I really hope Google will blow everyone out of the water and offer the phone as Ad Subsidized. I would happily pay $530 for the phone it would pay me back over time.
Rumors say the Nexus One will be on T-Mobile. The cost of the device will be $180 with a 2yr contract and unlike the iPhone will offer and unlocked version at $530.
