Google Voice

I have been using Google Voice since the it was Grand Central and it is just and amazing solution. I highlighted in an earlier post my 10 favorite aspects of google voice. Google has made some advancements that until now I just overlooked and never worried about. It is interesting because I have heard many complaints about this exact issue in a Google Wave thread. In order for this to work open the Android Market and download the Google Voice update. Also you either need a Google Voice account or know someone that can send you and invite. CNet amongst others are reporting that the Nexus One is Coming to AT&T. Currently Google’s Nexus One was only available on the T-Mobile network. Apparently AT&T has filed paperwork with the FCC to get the Nexus One to support its network. But is this really a big deal?

I never fully understood the importance of the GMail account configured on your Android phone until I was talking to my friend at a party saturday night. Apple bought Quattro for mobile Ads and I am sure in classic Apple fashion we will see a new way for them to push Ads.  Hoping to see some updates to the iPhone SDK shortly. Google on the other hand bought AdMob. We all know Google’s success with Ads. I wonder Google will compete with Apple in this space. Apple with the iPhone is going to control a huge Ad Market.
