I see we share the same history. So i understand your frustration. Can you elaborate on what you see as the biggest disappointments. And also did you like the videos of Phone 7. I liked them a lot and could not pull the trigger on a switch until that phone comes out. Do you feel it won't be good enough?

I am a "hardcore" WinMo fan. I am now on my 4th WinMo phone, starting with WM2003SE, WM5, WM6, and now WM 65. I can say I'm a power user too, and I flash ROMs from XDA Dev when the stock rom is not up to task. But, even with XDA Dev, all I can say is that I've almost had it up to here with how much MS is messing up. As soon as I see a Android phone with the hardware specs that matches the HD2, I'm going to spring for it, and its so long WinMo.

Well to be honest my mindset was that all that was remaining were the hardcore WinMo fans. It never dawned on me that there were still some fringe folks out there. I think that was what suprised me the most. All other reports were saying that MS only had 8 percent of the Smartphone market. So I really wasn't thinking there were much more to lose.

I have joked with you in the past so I feel comfortable saying.
Where in the HELL did you think the market share would come from . Really!
I am not trying to kick Microsoft but for Mobile they have been the weakest platform for several years now. That may all change later this year but for now it is a fact.
RIM owns the business market
Apple owns the consumer market

Microsoft is trying to find their way.
