Dear Apple,
It is not like when I placed the order you did not know my mailing address. Â Did it just dawn you today to check if Saturday delivery was available for my area. Â You have my money and my iPad. Â No option for in store pickup, which would have been good customer service. Â Maybe you should use Microsoft technology, because they would not make such a mistake. I am a APPLE FAN. I PRE-ORDERED so I would have my device DAY 1. If you had told me that Saturday Delivery was not and option, I would have drove to the store and picked it up. Thanks for giving me no option. Â Being a fan SUCKS!!

All I can say is thank goodness this is not my order. Â Please tell me Apple is playing an April Fools Joke.
Update: After a call to Apple our reader is getting his $39.99 case for free. Additionally, he has access to an in store pickup iPad in his area so problem solved. If you get/got this email call Apple!
