I think it&#039;s due to a build up of messages in the app. Although this shouldn&#039;t be the case, I read somewhere that the &#039;antivirus&#039; app causes this. I just uninstalled mine and will test a buildup of sms. Try it out.</description>

		<description>Verizon did a system reset on my phone to &quot;try&quot; to fix the SMS delete issue..that by the way, they know nothing about and have never heard of before.  Unfortunately, today my phone failed me again.  Luck for me though, I recently found an app that I installed that captures a copy of all my txt messages and backs them up on my gmail account.  It is simply called SMS back up.  I will be taking my phone back but, it&#039;s nice to know that until I do, my text messages will not all be lost.</description>
