Post image for Amazon Adds 2000 Movies and Shows To Prime Instant Videos

A few months ago Amazon launched their Netflix competitor Amazon Prime Instant Videos which allowed Prime members to watch movies and TV shows for free with their Amazon Prime membership. Amazon prime costs 79 dollars a year. With that membership, you get much cheaper shipping for ordered products. Contrary to that, Netflix’s cheapest plan is 7.99 a month.Of course the biggest thing for Amazon against NetFlix will be content and the addition of these 2000 titles will help.

Some of the new titles you will see are

  • The Tudors
  • The Entire Star Trek Franchise
  • Cheers
  • Frasier
  • Numb3rs
  • Medium

With the new titles there are now over 9000 videos available for streaming and remember that Amazon Prime Videos on Android works really well. Hopefully this forces Netflix to make some more moves on their end we love competition.
